Dr. Mustafa Megahed
Founder
Dr. Mustafa Megahed has almost 40 years of experience in engineering simulation, AI-driven manufacturing, and digital process optimization. After earning his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen, Germany, in 1993, he held several roles in simulations industry including application engineer, consultant, sales strategist, team leader and research & innovation manager.
He has an extensive publication record in scientific journals and books and holds membership in professional organizations such as AM-Bench, Metallurgy Europe, TMS, and the NAFEMS Manufacturing Group. His extensive industry network fosters high-impact collaborations and supports the development of cutting-edge technologies.

Prof. Moataz Attallah
Advisory Board
Professor Moataz Attallah is an expert in metal additive manufacturing, with over 15 years’ experience in studying laser-based additive manufacturing, post-processing strategies, and novel applications of metal additive manufacturing in the aerospace, nuclear, defence, motor racing, space, and telecommunications sectors. He sits on the advisory board and provides consultancy to companies and universities in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. He co-authored over 250 scientific reports and 3 book chapters, as well as being a co-inventor on 5 granted patents.

Dr. Dr. Alonso Peralt
Advisory Board
Dr Peralta has been working on Metal Additive Manufacturing since 2013 and is currently consulting in this field. He retired from Honeywell Aerospace in 2022 where he was an Engineering Fellow. Dr Peralta lead several externally funded AM programs as the Principal Investigator, most notably the DARPA Additive Manufacturing Program and an ONR AM program awarded to Honeywell. He also led several internally funded AM programs at Honeywell. Dr Peralta is currently part of the Steering committee for the Computational Materials for Qualification and Certification (CM4QC) Steering Group, a group convened by NASA and the FAA to develop a vision for rapid Qualification and Certification for Process Intensive materials.
